The new Premier League campaign has arrived, meaning Fantasy Premier League is back in full swing.
The popular game returns for 2026/27 as participants compete against one another to prove their managerial prowess or discover where they went wrong with their selections. Leeds United stars are naturally part of the action this term.
Tarik Muharemovic finds himself making his first appearance in England’s top division, whereas James Trafford and Harry Wilson have prior experience at this level. The upcoming fourth signing, Nico Elvedi, will also be tasting Premier League football for the initial time.
While Leeds assets may not necessarily feature among the preferred choices for supporters of other clubs, numerous managers perceive them as viable selections given predictions from certain quarters that the club harbours ambitions of securing a surprise European qualification berth.
With the Friday cutoff approaching, here are three selections from Daniel Farke’s roster worth considering.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin – £6.0m
The club’s primary forward, guaranteed to feature in the eleven whenever available. He found the net 14 times in the top flight during the previous campaign, having been included in every matchday squad since his inaugural appearance.
Crucially, he assumes responsibility for all spot-kicks. His record is not flawless, as he failed to convert one effort against Crystal Palace in March. However, he converted each of his other five attempts.
Joe Rodon – £4.5m
Among the trio, Rodon presents the most intriguing differential option. Although primarily a central defender, he has been surging down the right flank during pre-season fixtures, almost operating as an attacking wide player – prompting Farke to dub him ‘Joe Salah’.
He has registered two assists during pre-season preparations, one from a delivery and another via a flick-on. Additionally, he registered two goals from aerial situations last term while contributing countless defensive interventions.
Harry Wilson – £6.5m
Observers of Leeds throughout pre-season will have noted Wilson encountering some early-season adjustment difficulties. Once he adapts, he possesses the potential to accumulate substantial returns for FPL participants.
Beyond occupying the inside-forward position flanking Calvert-Lewin and the right-sided pairing of Jayden Bogle and Rodon, Wilson also handles set-piece duties. His initial challenges stem from acclimatising to fresh tactical systems and the positioning of new colleagues. Once harmony is achieved, he could prove extremely rewarding.
